By accessing pvpvip through any device — desktop, mobile browser, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein, including the pvpvip Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These Terms apply to all users regardless of the nature of their activity on the platform (browsing, registering, depositing, betting, or withdrawing).

Your continued use of pvpvip following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. pvpvip recommends reviewing this page periodically. The version of the Terms effective at the time of any dispute shall govern that dispute.

Access to and use of pvpvip is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a hard requirement consistent with Philippine gambling law. pvpvip enforces strict age verification and will close any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under local law. Players are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction before registering.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law or the law of your jurisdiction.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from pvpvip or from any gambling platform pursuant to a regulatory or court order that would cover pvpvip's services.
• Not acting for a third party: You must be registering and playing on your own behalf. Using a pvpvip account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is prohibited.

To access pvpvip's full range of services, you must register a personal account. Registration requires the submission of accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, a valid email address, a Philippine mobile number, and a date of birth. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual is entitled to register and maintain one (1) account only. pvpvip employs automated systems and manual review processes to identify duplicate accounts. Any account identified as a duplicate — whether opened intentionally or inadvertently — will be closed, and any funds or winnings accumulated in the duplicate account will be void. Where duplicate accounts are used to abuse bonus systems, pvpvip reserves the right to apply sanctions to all associated accounts.

• Registration must be completed by the individual who will use the account — proxy registration is prohibited.
• You are responsible for keeping your contact details current. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may affect your ability to complete security verification and receive important notifications.
• pvpvip accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or assigning your pvpvip account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
• You must immediately notify pvpvip if you discover your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party.

pvpvip is required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. As a result, pvpvip may request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — including upon registration, before processing withdrawals, when unusual account activity is detected, or at periodic intervals as required by applicable regulations.

Acceptable Philippine identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys), passport, UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID), driver's license, Voter's ID, and PRC (Professional Regulation Commission) ID. pvpvip may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification when requested will result in the suspension of deposit and withdrawal functions. Persistent refusal, or submission of fraudulent identity documents, will result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

pvpvip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the platform's Cashier page, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC20). Supported payment methods are subject to change; current options are always displayed within your pvpvip account.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya transactions.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods owned and registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• pvpvip does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment service provider may apply its own transaction fees.
• Deposits are credited to your pvpvip wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider — typically instant for GCash and Maya.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the account holder's name.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to any active bonus wagering requirements. Bonuses not yet fulfilled will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before completion.
• pvpvip targets GCash and Maya withdrawal processing within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take longer depending on the receiving institution.
• pvpvip reserves the right to impose additional verification steps for large withdrawals or where unusual activity is detected.

pvpvip offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts.

• Bonuses are credited to your pvpvip account automatically or upon request as specified in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• pvpvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided this does not unfairly affect bonuses already credited and in use.
• Any player found to be exploiting, manipulating, or abusing bonus systems — including through the use of duplicate accounts, coordinated play, or other deceptive means — will have their bonus voided and may face account suspension.

All games offered on pvpvip — including live dealer casino games, online slots, fishing arcade titles, bingo, and RNG table games — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. pvpvip's role with respect to game outcomes is as a platform operator; the game engines themselves are operated by licensed third-party game providers.

• Game outcomes for RNG-based titles are determined by certified Random Number Generators. pvpvip cannot and does not influence individual game outcomes.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game integrity or outcome, pvpvip reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amounts. This decision is final.
• pvpvip live casino games are operated by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules and outcomes of those games are subject to those providers' certified systems in addition to pvpvip's operational oversight.
• Sports betting odds are set by pvpvip's sportsbook operators and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. In-play bets are accepted subject to system latency; pvpvip reserves the right to void bets where a significant event occurred before the bet was confirmed in the system.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pvpvip and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering while under 21 years of age or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one pvpvip account.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with pvpvip games or systems in an unauthorized manner.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known exploits are void and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players in table games or tournaments in a manner that manipulates outcomes.
• Chargebacks — disputing a legitimate pvpvip transaction with your payment provider in bad faith.
• Providing false, fabricated, or altered identity documents during KYC verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pvpvip support staff or other players via any communication channel.

pvpvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, any of the conduct listed under Section 8 of these Terms, or where pvpvip has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, identity misrepresentation, or other regulatory non-compliance.

Where an account is closed for legitimate reasons unrelated to breach of these Terms (e.g., voluntary self-exclusion or account inactivity), any remaining verifiable real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method after applicable verification. Bonus balances are non-refundable in all circumstances.

Players may voluntarily close their pvpvip account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Players who have self-excluded and subsequently attempt to re-register will be identified and their new account closed.

pvpvip is committed to responsible gaming as a core operational principle. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account settings, including:

All content on the pvpvip platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, brand names, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pvpvip or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You may access and use pvpvip content solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any pvpvip content without the prior express written consent of pvpvip or the relevant rights holder.

The pvpvip name, logo, and related marks are protected trademarks. Unauthorized use of these marks — including in domain names, social media handles, or any commercial context — is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pvpvip's total liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pvpvip shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive, arising out of or in connection with your use of the pvpvip platform:

• Loss of gambling winnings not caused by a proven platform malfunction attributable to pvpvip.
• Any loss caused by your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to failure to secure your credentials.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers, payment processors, telecommunications networks, or force majeure events.
• Loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms limits pvpvip's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by pvpvip's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

pvpvip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the pvpvip Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and consent to pvpvip's processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pvpvip processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Data subjects have rights of access, correction, erasure, and portability as provided under applicable law. Requests related to your personal data may be directed to pvpvip's support team.

pvpvip uses cookies and similar technologies as described in the Privacy Policy. By continuing to use the pvpvip platform after being presented with the cookie notice, you consent to pvpvip's use of cookies in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law governing pvpvip's operating structure and, to the extent applicable, the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute, pvpvip encourages players to contact the support team in the first instance. pvpvip will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 10 business days of receiving written notice of the complaint via the support channels specified in these Terms.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through pvpvip's internal complaint resolution process, players may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority. pvpvip will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation into a player complaint.

pvpvip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the pvpvip platform. The effective date of any revised Terms will be displayed at the top of this page.

If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using pvpvip and may request account closure. Continued use of pvpvip following the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.

Minor or non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, or updates to contact information — may be made without notice. pvpvip recommends bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.
